Christmas Baking
I haven't yet started my Christmas baking, which is odd for me. It's actually getting pretty little late in the game, but I swear I'll be getting to it soon. In the meantime, for those of you who are actually getting to it on time, I really recommend you try one of the cookies I did last year. Especially the chocolate dipped pistachio and cardamom ones. They're super easy to make, they look and taste impressive and are, by miles, one of the most popular recipes on Lex Culinaria. Go on. Give them a go. I promise I'll do my baking....
